Tom Bourgeois

Very active on the jazz scene in Belgium and abroad (tours in China with the Tab and several collaborations with the Hungarian singer Veronika Harcsa), Tom Bourgeois launches for the first time in the realization of a double album as leader and composer. "Murmures" is the result of a long work of writing for this atypical acoustic quartet that he formed in 2016 to highlight his compositions.
The project shows a real work of composition and arrangement. Each title highlights the formation in the form of duet, trio or quartet, to explore the richest sound. The captivating timbres of the voice, the saxophone, the guitar and the accordion explore a poetic atmosphere, mixing sweetness and melancholy.
