With this new project, sax player Tom Bourgeois honors composer Lili Boulanger, shooting star of 20th Century classical music. Attracted by both the language of modern jazz and impressionist, at times unknown, works, Tom explores the connections between these two worlds. How does jazz learn from the past’s great works ?
