Pentadox

If Samuel Ber has made a name for himself in recent years, it’s not without reason. With Pentadox, the young drummer created a unique vehicle that gives free rein to his creativity. Since its birth in 2015, Pentadox has been focusing on long-term exploration of new concepts and ideas about composition, improvisation and interaction and navigation. With a fresh and adventurous approach, Pentadox is mixing elements of jazz, classical, avant-garde, improvised, electronic and contemporary music. Winners of the Gent Jazz Festival, Pentadox have performed at major venues in recent years, including BOZAR, Leuven Jazz Festival, deSingel and Jazz à Liège, and are currently working on their second album - which will be released in the fall of 2024.
