Mohy/Liégeois/Gerstmans Trio
Pascal Mohy - piano / Quentin Liégeois - guitar / Sam Gerstmans - double bass
At the head of his trio, Pascal Mohy finds with remarkable ease the balance between tradition and modernism. He develops lyric jazz with melodious phrases while relying on a rhythmic precision that makes him one of the most brilliant pianists of the current Belgian jazz scene. The standards are obviously intertwined around his compositions. Let yourself be immersed in its universe, sometimes melancholic, sometimes joyous, sometimes restrained, sometimes explosive.
