Natacha Wuyts Quartet "Tribute to Anita O’Day"

Natacha Wuyts - voice / Sabin Todorov - piano / Victor Foulon - double bass / Jérôme Baudart - drums
It is surrounded by high-level musicians that Natacha Wuyts pays homage to the formidable singer of the years 40-50 : Anita O’Day. Passionate and always enthusiastic, Natacha sets fire to the stage at each of her appearances. It offers her audience an unmistakable sense of rhythm coupled with a relentless scat technique. Swing, groove, energy, generosity and sensitivity are the ingredients of this tribute to the classic jazz tradition.

Mohy/Liégeois/Gerstmans Trio

Pascal Mohy - piano / Quentin Liégeois - guitar / Sam Gerstmans - double bass
At the head of his trio, Pascal Mohy finds with remarkable ease the balance between tradition and modernism. He develops lyric jazz with melodious phrases while relying on a rhythmic precision that makes him one of the most brilliant pianists of the current Belgian jazz scene. The standards are obviously intertwined around his compositions. Let yourself be immersed in its universe, sometimes melancholic, sometimes joyous, sometimes restrained, sometimes explosive.
