Guillaume Muschalle & Peter Hertmans Duo CD release « Shared Stories »

Peter Hertmans and Guillaume Muschalle met thanks to Jacky Walraet, their luthier. Peter, recently sixty years old, and Guillaume, just thirty, belong to very different musical generations. One is a child of the ECM generation and the eighties, while the other has been rocked by new technologies and social media. But when it comes to musical mastery and technique on the guitar, all of these differences quickly dissipate and become sources of mutual inspiration. Guillaume takes a very personal look at the music as well as the guitar in particular, and he has a breathtaking technique. He will soon be recording his first album (solo) with a few surprise guests, including Peter.
