The music of Dear Uncle Lennie, the trio led by pianist and composer Camille-Alban Spreng, blends jazz, folk and improvised music. Alike Japanese haikus, each piece in this repertoire for guitar, banjo and piano represents an idea, a fantasized story, a furtive image towards a picturesque landscape.
