Brussels Vocal Project

With its new project ’Modern Tales’, the a cappella collective ’Brussels Vocal Project’ revisits famous fairy tales. Texts by Elsa Grégoire, François Vaiana and Anu Junnonen are set to music by American drummer John Hollenbeck (Meredith Monk, Theo Bleckman, Claudia Quintet). The result is a suite of eight tales for five voices and a drum. This unique orchestration is at the heart of the storytelling theme - an inherent part of the new project of the Brussels Vocal Project.
