Roberto Negro Solo "Kings & Bastards"

In the center is the piano. Language as the stage. In the middle between the garden and the courtyard, perfect profile. The instrument passes from a pure and immaculate state to a condition of corrupt and enticed. More concretely, the piece Kings & Bastards is built in two distinct times, a piano prepared moment bathed in electronics followed by a part where the piano becomes "natural" again. The two poles going on relay to the tipping point, when the objects fly away and the piano is revealed.
Two entities in two movements. And the blur in all this: kings and bastards, kings are bastards, bastards become kings ... All combinations are possible.
