Phil Abraham invites Bart van Lier (NL)

One of the most famous trombonists in the world, Dutchman Bart van Lier, finds one of his disciples, Phil Abraham, for whom he has been the one who taught him the most. His career is huge and he has left his mark and his talent on a generation of high-level soloists. It is the respect and gratitude of the youngest to his elder who gave rise to this meeting, masterclass during the day at the Conservatory and concert later at the Jazz Station. The rhythm includes two other teachers of the conservatory, Sam Gerstmans (cb) and Thomas Grimmonprez (drs) and one of the greatest pianists of the current scene, Raphael Debacker.
