Paolo Loveri Trio

Active on the Belgian jazz scene since the mid-90s, Paolo Loveri has already distinguished himself in various groups with Fabrice Alleman, Paolo Radoni, Victor da Costa and Guy Cabay. Over the years, his trio, composed of Benoît Vanderstraeten and Bruno Castellucci, have explored different facets of many personal compositions and developed a common sound. The repertoire is essentially made up of original compositions. We will find an acoustic jazz atmosphere, but also pieces that are more in line with the movement of "European jazz", with strong melodies and emotional colors tinged with world music. Supported by a solid and creative rhythm, the group travels brilliantly between compositions, and covers of jazz standards.
