This trio offers you a selection of John Abercrombie’s compositions that he recorded for ECM between the 1970s and 2010. Abercrombie was one of the leading figures in the modern and open style that made ECM so famous. With this trio, Peter Hertmans recreates the creative and open atmosphere of this music, but he makes it personal, so that its main objectives remain intact: creativity and interaction.
