Cancelled - Free Four

When two trios become a quartet, the music is even more beautiful. Free Four is the name of this set that beautifully sums up the spirit of the proposed jazz: freedom for four. On standards of Ornette Coleman or Thelonious Monk, but also on tunes borrowed from Ligeti or Couperin, the quartet offers himself a lot of space to improvise.
With great delicacy and subtlety, saxophone or flute, electric guitar, double bass and drums build a world of sweetness and dreamlike, interspersed here and there with more tense moments. As the music progresses, the walls fall down to make room for imagination and poetry. Both free and invigorating, this Free Four can only do good for the body and the mind.
